snags, do I have to lie in wait then take em by surprise?
As an ex-P&O steward, You must serve from the left clear from the right and always close your knife and fork--that tells the waiter (steward) you have finished. It is good etiquette to leave a little food on your plate that says you have had enough. If you eat it all you may be saying you are still hungry. If you leave a tip it says you have had good service...Bon Appetit...x
