the spelling ?
Baking paper is silicon coated, making it non-stick . Greaseproof paper isn't and you have to coat it with, e.g. butter, to help prevent it sticking to what you're cooking.
Sainsbury do a dual purpose baking and greaseproof roll. I always use that very successfully.
