egg and watercrest sandwhich/pitta

i want to make the above sandwich/pitta for lunch at work, but i cant stand mayo, saladcream, yoghurt etc... what sauce can i use instead?

thats a toughie, how about on its own just the egg and cress? or what about creme fraiche, but you'd only want a small amount

everything else i think of is yoghurt or mayo! based

thanks mccfluff, im one of the akward fussy eaters, i just cant stand mayo, salad cream etc, just really annoys me cos every sandwhich i want to have has mayo init. when i asked the counter if they can make one without mayo they Say 'no' cos they are not allowed to make special requests. - fine by me theyve just lost a customer.

maybe i should just have it plain
