Question Author

Ilm more savoury loftie. Love dark choc
Am hooked on that Fair Trade 'Divine' chocolate 4get. Allow myself 4 squares of it every day as my evening treat!! I like savoury food much better. I never crave sweet things!!
Getting back to the question...Product dating is not required in the USA, with the exception of baby foods and infant feed formulas.
Question Author
why?? That is ridiculous
You'd have to ask the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Mind you, the UK government is thinking of doing away with 'Best Before' labelling because of the enormous amount of food that's being thrown away,. just because people think that if it's past that date, it'll be no good.
