I need to make an unbaked sheesecake with little CRX for boxing day.
Itll be a choc and raspberry one made with philadelphia and cream.

Any ideas when i can make it and pop it in fridge? I really doubt id get a chance Christmas day or Boxing day. Or could it be frozen?

In our house it wouldn't last half an hour

well there is that to consider, but mr CRX will have his hands cut off if he tries to eat it lol
I think they can be froze, but be careful of the raspberries, they could go mushy in the thawing out.
If you made it Xmas eve, it should still be fine (If it's still there) on Boxing Day.

im using frozen raspberries so they thaw in the cheescake and, hopefully, stay whole

looks like Christmas eve it is then!
red....NOT 3.am.

Mrs sqad says that she would make it on Xmas Eve.

Hope that helps.
Well I bought a tub of double cream yesterday in Marks (23/12) it says it will keep until the 31st so logically you could make your cheesecake at least 5 or 6 days in advance as it won't go off in the fridge...
