Is it safe to prepare turkey (no stuffing) and wrap in foil 36 hours before cooking? To be kept in fridge if it fits, in cellar if not. Will foil react with raw turkey? Any tips welcome

Shouldn't be a problem. If the Turkeys is fresh it will keep about a week from time of slaughter. If frozen then defrosted, then 36 hours should be OK.
