I have an infuriating work collegue who claims to be unaffected by the spice heat of any dish, including phalls and scotch bonnet chillis. What can I buy or prepare to see his smug face turn purple ?

Some barmpot I know brought a small bottle of 'Dave's Insanity Sauce' to work one day, the stuff is lethal and can be found here...http://www.eatanddrink.co.uk/Suppliers/Sauce_Salsa_Suppl iers.asp
Erm, I forgot, it has a health warning! so, if you do use it, be careful. No I'm not joking! you could damage someone with it.
The heat of chillis is measured in Scoville units. Scotch Bonnet ones rate up to 325,000 units, but there is one called Naga Jolakia at 850,000 units. Apparently, there is a sauce called 'The Source' sold by a company - American, I guess - named Original Juan Specialty Foods that rates about 7,000,000! That's about 20 times stronger than Scotch Bonnet. I've never tried it, by the way.

Methinks, this is what you are looking for :-)
