I would do a stir fry.

Sweet and sour pork.
In a white wine sauce with say, peppers.
With a honey & mustard sauce.
With apple and cider.

my kids r def not fussy--they will eat anything apart from stir frys and mushrooms to b honest :-)
they are age 7 and 3 and my 3yr old will eat hotter curries than me! ;-)
