how do you drink a pint of beer?

How do you drink a pint of beer?
Do you you drink it standing on a table upside down?
Or drink it whilst flushed?
I been trying to find many ways to drink beer as this is my first time.

Call me traditional but I normally go for the simple pour a little in my mouth followed by swallowing technique.

If this is your first pint ....personally I think you get a large Hawain multi coloured shirt. You should tuck your trousers into your socks...and maybe a tartan beret with a ginger wig attached
You dont really want to draw attention to yourself if it's your first time...
When you enter the drinking establishment...find a large space at the bar,...you've got to make that space your own...so just jump up on the bar and just sit there.
Gaze around..and you will see people looking at you...dont worry.
They are just showing you respect..!
When approached by the barman... a common greeting would be..''Hello Big Boy''
Everyone say's that.
He will ask if he can help you...and your reply should be.. ''Mines a large one'' .

When it comes to the swallowing technique...Chuck's already nailed it.

In some parts of Haslemere if you drink it down in one and put the empty glass on your head then in means you want a fight.

In my local if you down it in one the next ones on the house if you are thirsty it could be a cheap night but what a hangover the next day
