Yes!

It isn't so much the tea as the caffiene it contains. Some people even have withdrawl symptoms if they go on to decaf tea and coffee.

Coke (the drink) can have the same affect as can too much salt in the diet.

Many people who suffer from severe migraine cannot drink tea, coffee, coke or red wine, or eat chocolate because of the caffeine.  Try decaf for a while and see if that makes a difference.

Yes and I find it keeps me awake if I drink it too close to bedtime.  Tea contains as much caffeine as coffee I've heard.  Don't know if that's true.
