there are already 4 vegetarian stalls, one selling various soups, a burger/sausage (Including ostrich burgers) stall and one doing duck/chicken and turkey and a hotdog stall. So I thought if i cooked one of my Old spot pig legs, and did really lovely crispy crackling, to serve on soft baps with apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing, What else shall I do? I have the option ov either beef or venison - shall I do steak sandwiches with mustard or horseradish, or spicy beef wraps, or venison wraps...what would you buy from me?

If you come to me and whisper 'I'm an Answerbanker' - I'll give you 25% discount. I know there is an English organic wine stall, and a apple/pear cider one, there's talk of a real ale and a nettle beer which are strong, and organic hoping to be there...so plenty to eat and drink
omg i think i'm in heaven
Love the sound of the Real Ale stall. Your food would go down well with a few pints of that.
when ever I go to boot fairs/ food fairs the one thing they never seem to serve is anything that is healthy, not everyone wants to eat food covered in greasy. Even some nice sandwiches would be a nice healthier option than the constant burger/fries based snacks
I may do that, cannon hill park is only a few miles away from me, parkings a bit of a sh!tter though especially as they are knocking down edgbaston cricket ground
I would also suggest a side salad..
