Devilled crab claws....

Char grilled tuna steaks with ginger and chilli...

Coffee...
All sounds good, but why would you waste an excellent vintage port on melon? Use a cheap port as it will dilute anyway.
I would go for Crab claws, Casserole and Lemon and sultana sponge. A fresh Chardonnay with the starter, a claret with mains, no need for a dessert wine, but a glass of that rather nice port would go down very well! Good luck
