doing a special pudding - Citrus Sunset [Jane Asher's idea not mine!] thought I'd do a lemon coulis & lemon zest to garnish. What sort of ratio of sugar to lemon? Thanks

try a ratio of one to one - whatever measure you use it's all a matter of personal taste. Eg: 1tbs sugar to one of lemon juice
