indian & chinese curries

Just wondered if Chinese curries (as in, the ones you buy in the Chinese!) are really a dish in China or are they just for us Westerners?!

Chicken Tikka Masala was created for western tastes, and a lot of the herbs and spices you need to be fresh are dried in the UK. If you like it, fill your boots. If you don't, try chickens feet, cockroach, grasshopper, and any other dish fried to impress tourists.
