The fruits are forming now and it seems like a normal harvest is due. But the blackcurrants, which were fantastic last year, look even better this year. I picked 22lbs for jam from a few bushes and froze the rest. I use the goosegogs in a pork, fennel and gooseberry strogonoff. I'll post the recipe if you're interested.
