Have any of you got a recipe for paella that doesn't take an hour to cook?

Its delicious but i can't be doing with standing up for a whole hour making it and I only ever do it for 2 people, not a whole party of people.

They both sound nice thanks.
Get some of the "Eazy Onions" saute the meat/fish of your choice until about 10 minutes short of being cooked - throw in the easy onions an some garlic and anything else you want to flavour it with - I use a bit of smoked paprika , tomato pure and some garlic - sprinkle on the rice - for speed I use basmati - pour over the stock and wine - bubble for 10 minutes - done ! takes me about 30 minutes from start to finish and the pre cooked onions seem to be the key to speed I first found them after reading Delia's cheats and they forma valuable part of my store cupboard now as they speed up so many recipes.
buy ready cooked prawns/chicken/etc. Boil rice with ingredients (15mins in m-wave) - voila
But know that if you follow that advice it will taste crap...
