home made houmos (various spellings I know)
Prawn mayo, or cheese and onion
I scoop out the potato, mix with cheese, onion and butter. Put back into the shells and pop them back in the ove. GORGEOUS ! Also sometimes do the same with corned beef and onion
Hello mercia ! Just butter for me but I eat the lot including the skin which is the best part....:-)
Mainly just butter for me.....with a side salad.

prawns with thousand island dressing (Paul Newman is the best I have found so far) and then butter on the skin
I do the same as TheOtherHalf. I use a flavoured variety of Philadelphia, and lots of black pepper. I dot the top with a bit of butter,or a brushing of olive oil,and some grated Parmesan.
Cheese with Sour cream/creme fraiche, mashed up and back in the jacket - yum
sausage beans and cheese is lush i also like the other halfs version its really nice with crispy bacon in as well. i love marinading pork in hoisin and having that with a jacket spud

Just butter and oodles of cheese neither of which I eat these days :o(
She didn't ask that. She asked what your favourite filling was. I've never seen a jacket potato filled with chips before.
The same as the other half, with cheese sprinkled on top and grilled. Or mashed with butter and prawns
