I like my salt. I use LoSalt - is it any less harmfull then the real thing?

It depends whether you use twice as much of it for the same taste, the best bet is to use Sea Salt instead, the flavour is amazing and is much better for you.
some of the low salt products use potassium instead and should be used with caution. -as ever your family doctor can advise.

i think two thirds of lo salt s made from potassium, one third from sodium. potassium is much better for you but obviously you still mustnt go overboard. the only thing is, most salts made using potassium chloride instead of sodium chloride tend to taste a little bitter.
