Is it low fat, low this, low that....?

If I stir fry it in sesame oil, is that defeating the object - i.e. to eat veg healthily?

Actually ummm, I think I have a couple of spuds in my spare fridge in the garage. It's usually the drinks fridge, but I like to have my drink closer to hand, as a rule....

There might be some Phileus Fogg crips and some M&S macademia nut popcorn in there also. Do I have supper?
I have a fridge full of food but only 3 cans of Stella in the house. Trip to tescos when he gets home...
ooo forgot i do have some wine and a couple of eggs - dinner is sorted!

I think between us girls, we have a veritable party.

Mcluff - I won't risk the mushroom - it is suspiciously wrinkly & slimy.....
Bake the seabass in tinfoil with a knob of butter, splash of wine and slat & pepper. Par boil the spuds..then roast. Stir fry the pak choi with (peeled) mushroom. Serve with sweet chilli sauce..
Forget the mushroom then. Wrinkly is usually ok once peeled...not slimey though..
where's the sea bass being cooked i'm lost - i'm goign there for dinner anyway i'll bring wine (cat optional :-)

Yes...do the fish in foil...it will be melt in your mouth.
Garlic mash would also be nice.

steaming it would be best and then pour some oyster sauce on top,

or stir fry some lean pork or any meat you wish, then put some chopped garlic, then pour the steamed pak choi in, mix, pour some oyster sauce on it, prob two dollup of it, add abit of water, mix.... then voila ...
