Are you sure that you have the spelling right.......does not sound familiar at all.
What's in it??
If you mean osso buco, it's marrowbone. According to my little dictionary osso buco piatto is a stew made with knuckle of veal in a tomato sauce.
That sounds like a plausible answer......Maybe drchris is googling it now.... ;-))
