Food additives and Hyperactivity! Stephen Fry says there's no link!
13 Answers
I am confused! I recently watched an episode of QI where they dispelled the rumour that there is a link between food additives and hyperactive children. But according to a recent study there is! Which is it do you think? Personally I would place more faith in the wise words of Mr Fry and his QI researchers :-)

So...why would we expect them to bounce off the walls when we avoid foods that do that to them.
It happened to my son mainly out of the house when someone else gave him sweets from the banned list. I'd know within minutes that he'd eaten something.

QI is one of the best shows ever. One of my favourite moments was when Steven asked; 'How old are you?', the show had been on for about 5 series and so they knew the kind of tricks the show played on them, so noone answered for ages, then I think it was dara OBrien who answered (36 or whatever his age was) and the alarms went for the obvious, but wrong answers that the contestants so often give.
