Does anyone have a good recipe for corned beef rissoles please? I'd like to make them to the quality of the ones bought in fish and chip shops and they have to round and about the size of a snookerball rather than flat.
Corned beef, herbs, potatoes and onion are the usual ingredients with the whole thing covered in breadcrumbs.

Thank you.

sprinter-exciting has its place....but corned beef falls into the 'like mum made' category....we've all had it,and most of us have very fond memories attached to it.

Fry sliced onion in a little butter, slice corned beef thinly, slice 3 or 4 potatoes thinly, layer onion corned beef potatoes alternately in dish like you would with lasagne, finish with potatoe and top with grated cheese, bake 160 leccy or gas 6 for about an hour to hour and half, serve with any veg of choice or pickled beetroot.......yummy!
