as a new owner of one of these cookers I have been experimenting with differebt recipes, I have today followed followed a tried and tested recipe for banana cake made in a ri ng mould, as I have been told a solid pan does not cook properly. After 60 minutes turned the cake out and found it to be uncooked and wet at the bottom. Can anyone give me some help. I am so disappointed
