Hot dogs are one of those things I always like the idea of, but the reality never lives up to it. They're okay, I just feel they should be better. Can any hot dog experts recommend me the absolute best, top-notch good-quality frankfurters for making an unbeatable hot dog?

Buenchico, thanks for that, I will investigate.

By the way, if you like the taste of a sausage, and it's 100% pig ear/arse etc with nothing else adulterating it, what's the problem?
The thought of it makes me feel ill...
healthier than a big mac, lol

I've had roasted pig ears before. It was quite nice. Most pig parts taste good. As long as sausages aren't packed with chemical rubbish and genuinely taste good I don't mind which animals bits have gone into them. It's just different types of body tissue, that's all.
