that depends on where you got it from
if it was bought as frozen there will be a use by date on the packaging
but if you froze it yourself I would say no , too risky
Thanks! I think I'm going to risk it then. It was bought frozen and went straight into the freezer in its sealed packaging.
I guess I can defrost it in good time and have a good sniff!
I'm not serving it to anyone cos I'm on my own this year. Thought I might cook it and freeze some plated up meals.

I am the kind of person who buys frozen stuff cos I like the idea of it,then get home and go off it.Many month's later I will dig it out and eat it,to no ill effects as yet.
I also live dangerously and eat food past its sell by date-specially cans and packets.
That's dangerous living for you!lol
If it is frozen-and was bought frozen-it's highly unlikely that it will go 'off'. Freezing prevents the formation of bacteria, and is a preservative.
But-you will sacrifice quality at this stage. Chances are the turkey will be dry,or,worse-have freezer burn. I would not use this for a roast dinner-but for curries, casseroles, etc.
