frozen veg

All the fresh veg , ie carrots parnsips etc has frozen whilst in the garage, where usually they keep well. Will they still be ok to use when they have defrosted ? Thanks

They'll be fine.
you can buy most veg in the freezer section at the supermarket so i'm sure they'll be fine. maybe not quite as nice as if they hadn't frozen but perfectly acceptable.

Don't carrots and parsnips go all soggy once that's happened?
But... don't eat raw frozen potatoes...
...or, raw unfrozen ones, for that matter?
Root veg is much nicer after they've been in frozen ground, so they'll be fine.
