Does anyone know if these keep indefinitely? I have had some for years and years!! Will I poison everyone if I use them? Don't expect to be able to replace them in time for Christmas drinks..

Yes, they'll be fine to use.
Angostura bitters is poison anyway, so in for a penny.....
No it isn't ... THere's no Angostura bark in Angostura Bitters.
On the bottle it states do not use too much as you are liable to suffer from heart palpitations etc.... It might not contain the bark but its certainly a derivitive from it.

Thank you for your answers. I think I had better read the label to check. don't fancy the heart palpitations especially as we are of the older generation. Likely to get those without the aid of the bitters! Cheers! Happy Christmas!
Could be worse, you could be drinking something that'll give you a heart attack without a warning label on the bottle.

Coca Cola, for instance. :-))
And even if the bitter did have Angostura bark in it it still wouldn't be poisonous, it's a myth that Angostura bark is poisonous.
Really, chuck..............?

Plan B, then.................:o(
Try using the bark from the nux vomica tree, that's poisonous and it's where the myth comes from as it was often used to bulk out shipments of genuine angostura bark.
Angostura bitters never go bad.
