What to do with mince?

I've got the mince (beef) out of the freezer for our meal tonight, will it be shepherds pie or spaghetti bol. I can't make up my mind.

Perhaps there's something else (quick) i can do with it, any idea's?

Ooops! Didn't see Jimjools's post. Just ignore mine.
A meatloaf. I bind mine with egg and porridge oats instead of breadcrumbs. Wrap it loosely in foil...then baste every 15-20 min with stock. It comes out very moist.
