Lasagne - pasta sheets

I am making a meatball lasagne tomorrow but will not be making my own pasta this time. I have bought pre-made sheets but the recipe I have doesn't say whether to layer the sheets in as they are (uncooked and stiff) or whether to cook them first and the layer them in. Normally I would layer them in uncooked by my pasta isn't rigid obviously.

Thanks in advance

I use them either way tbh.

sometimes if my sauce isnt so sloppy and wet and may just soak the sheets in boiling water for a few mins before using the, But most of the time they go in dry

I tried pre cooking some pasta sheets recently, and they kept sticking together - nightmare.
lol. I made Mr CRX watch over them and seperate them every 30 seconds or so
excuse me mag...red how is your nephew ?
thanks for asking, Anne

this was my update at Christmas http://www.theanswerb...k/Question972160.html
he didnt managed to get home until the New year in the end but celebrated Christmas then. He now got some sort of feed tube, but has managed to eat a little in the last few days.
Hes trying to remain upbeat about it all, but i think that he is now finding it very hard.
keep us posted red, i do think about him.
thanks, Anne, i will
I just visited your nephews web site, I am humbled by him. What a brave young man.I was diagnosed with leukaemia this time last year, but I have not had to endure anything like he has. Yes, I had chemo, which wasnt pleasant, and the bone marrow biopsy , the blood transfusions, which were not nice. To see the pics of your nephew, his positive attitude, his wonderful smile, his humour in spite of everything, has inspired me. I wish him well,I wish him luck, I wish his family everything they wish for,and I thank him for teaching me to be glad for the life I have.
Sorry I should have put for attention of redcrx on previous post
Last time I looked at lasagne sheets it said on the packet whether they needed pre-cooking.
I always soak the sheets in cold water for a couple hours before making lasagne.
