Tiramisu recipe

My 12 year old daughter has a school cookery assessment next week and is doing Tiramisu. Does anyone have a good recipe that they've tried ?

One thing though....NO ALCOHOL !!!! can you get brandy flavourings or something ?

As alcohol isn't suitable in this situation I would recommend using a splash of OJ, Vanilla extract or some other similar fruit/nut extract added to the coffee.

you can get brandy flavourings.

or you could boil then cool the brandy before you use it, so the alcohol has evaporated off but you still get the flavour?
