i found a recipe last year, for a chicken that you cut up, then roast with about 20 cloves of garlic and lemons. I can't find it in my favourites bar now.
I have found quite a few similar ones, but they are not quite the right one!
Does anyone know of a recipe like this? The sauce seemed to make itself, all sticky and very very good. mmmm

I used to do a wonderful one with 3 whole bulbs of garlic,cider and cream....mmmm!
