we've recently gone over to benecol as it contains plant stanol which helps lower cholesterol, something we're both dealing with at the moment.
we've also started eating low fat cheese and they too vary enormously, not just in the fat content but also the taste and texture.
benecol fat content is 35g per 100g of spread, i don't know what others contain.

In short, it is better not to use any spread at all.
If it is the fat that you're concerned about just try it without for a while, say a week, you'll find that you don't really miss it.
I feel that no food is 'bad' as long as it is taken in moderation and you get a good variety of all the food groups. If you do this you will get adequate fats in your diet without using spreads but why worry? If you do your cooking from raw ingredients and don't buy ready processed stuff, watch the portion size, you won't go far wrong.
