Hot sausuage or cold sausage?

Any time we have sausages left over after tea I'll usually finish them off a few hours later. I find that when they are cold they are much tastier for some reason. Do you like your sausage hot or cold?

Having read some of the posts which were appearing on this site last night, I hope that there's not a euphemism hiding within your question ;-)

Assuming that this is simply a 'food' question, I can't stand cold (British) sausages. They taste too greasy for me. However some continental sausages are best when served cold.

Can't eat cold sausage at all, I'd throw it away first. Same with cold lamb.

I hate cold sausages, however, my OH loves them, he will not eat them hot!.....all a question of taste, I suppose!................

I agree with Chris. English sausages cold are horrid. But the chorizo I have in the fridge is lush......

Cold sausages are either too greasy or are like like meaty lard if they've been in the fridge.

The reason why cold continental sausage tastes fine cold when English does not is because the former are already cooked.

A hot juicy sausage for me. When I see my OH holding his - I can't help but grad hold and have a nibble!!!!!

Seriously though - I like sausages hot or cold for different reasons.
Hot if it's with mashed spuds or chips.
Cold in a sandwich with mustard and lettuce.
