dinner this evening - what's on your menu?

for us it's delia smiths chicken basque, cheesy tear and share bread and a bottle of luscious waxed bat. been a busy day so it's nice to sit down with a large glass of this lovely wine and enjoy the fact that dinner is slowly simmering away in the oven.

simple jacket spuds tuna for me cheese for housemate lots of salad then big fruit salad with yoghurt....

haven't had a jacket spud in ages rowan. i just love them but need to have them slathered in butter and salt, both of which i've cut out. will you be having a glass of something with it?

Had large Rib Steak with Onions and Garlic, followed by Stem Ginger Cake. I feel good !!

Home made meatballs done in the slow cooker,lots of veg (not sure what yet), and berries with either Total Greek yoghurt,or double cream.

I have had cajun chargrilled chicken breast, mint & cucumber yoghurt dressing, brown vegetable rice...yummy!

been out for an early dinner with hubby and kids. I had half a cheese and mushroom burger with chips and coleslaw and half chicken and tiger prawn fajitas. We like to share!
