My "best cheese" is the one which suits the moment.

It might be a bit of good creamy Lancashire with a slice of Granny Smith apple or a bit of Roquefort with a glass of brandy.

Or something nameless from Tesco found in the fridge when I have the midnight munchies.

I don't think I've ever tried a cheese I've really disliked but if I was ever told that I could only eat 2 types of cheese for the rest of my life, the choice would be easy, extra mature cheddar and Stilton Stilton

stinking bishop is an indulgent fave but i love brie's, emmental, good strong cheddar - cornish cruncher is a fave and soft blue's like st agar, i love cheese mmmmmm
