Pancake Day

Anyone doing pancakes today ? Ive never really liked them but I think if they could be made more interesting I might enjoy them. Any ideas ? Thanks

I have done it with thinly sliced polish sausage usually krakowska
Also nice with sliced roasted vegetables

I am doing pancakes later, but I am cheating as I am no good at things like this.
So I've got a Better Crocker pancake mix and I will be having mine with bananas and nutella!!!!

I also like orange sauce on mine.

Made 'some', had 'one' ... I ain't fussed about pancakes, there's some leftover pasta in the fridge with my name on it.

Well did you all have your pancakes? - Had ours for our tea, I had 3 H had 5.
We love em the traditional way Lemon & Sugar (but being diabetic I use powdered 'sweetex') just as nice.
The house still smells of em.

Myself and my family just had ours with bananas and chocolate spread yummm!!

I started off with a double batch and then added another and then another (it didn't look enough) ended up making 28,was stood the for flipping ages cooking them.
