Is there any difference health wise between brine, spring water and the other one they use (oil is it?)?

Oil has more calories, brine has more salt......
As woof said...so spring water is the healthiest option.

Well there's a surprise. The one I don't like is the one I should be eating.
You could always just have chicken. :)
John West do one where it's just tuna, nothing to drain off it, and an olive oil one - that's good fats omega 3 and all that if that helps

Douglas, if I'm not eating tuna then I'm eating chicken. I'm pretty much the fussiest eater in the world. :o)
