Recipe to use fridge ingredients

I have double cream, eggs, sugar and flour I could use in a recipe but nothing else fancy (no dried frut for example) although I do have apples .... what can I bake???

Do you have butter/marg? You could make apple crumble and pour the cream over it.

crumble sounds OK but want to be a bit more adventurous and try out new fan oven eith something cakey!!

What about a bread butter? Any problem making it with wholemeal? (sounds healthier anyway!!) And what about without dried fruit? Can I make with choc chips?

cake without bicarbonate of soda will be tricky. B & B pudding sounds like a good idea.

With bicarb you could have tried
