Tell me more about your recipe!
One of my fave sweetcorn fritter recipes has spring onion a touch of smoked paprika, some fresh red chilli and chopped coriander.

Serve with a spicy fresh tomato salsa or an avocado salsa.

sorry about all the spelling mistakes(i only type with one finger and i'm very shaky.
Aaah, now I understand, I was wondering how parma ham was going to work out [i[in[i] the fritters!

If you do it with courgette, squeeze the water out of the courgette and add some chopped mint to the mix.

I do think a little hint of red chilli would add an extra dimension to the feta sweetcorn mix,but sounds good all the same. The tzatzike style accompaniment will be lovely.
mmmm....a spoonful of goyhurt! i wonder what that will taste like x ;o)
your recipe looks yummy, kate. i might steal that for my tea tomorrow x
Don' apologise for typing errors.....I've just seen mine!
