I can so no reason why not especially as it says is freezable on the recipe.

Can't see anything there that would not freeze well.

Thank you. The printable version does not have information on freezing.

Cats - I haven't looked at your link but I know my beef stew did not freeze well at all as the potatoes tasted like dust. I would never freeze it.
