Yes, but you might lose some of the taste.
Do you particularly want to because I just use milk?Is it a suggested ingredient for your version?
the lower the fat, the more likely the sauce is to split. I’d be looking for a specific low fat recipe myself

I was thinking just CF or FF mixed with some cauliflower or broccoli topped with some cheese
If you are adding cheese (for taste) then Creme Fraiche should be ok

I've never had any good results from low-fat versions. :(

I just make good sauces and eat a bit less! :)
me either jourdain...but i do use greek yoghurt instead of cream.
I'll try that, woof - by the way, I'm a bit sad tonight my little cat is in hospital. I'll post on pets.

Just got some Greek yogurt and some reduced blue Stilton
But can you believe- no cauliflowers!!!!!
