There I was, scrolling through a delicious-sounding recipe online when interleaved with it I encounter an advert - graphically illustrated - for a cure for toenail fungus.

It quite put me off the recipe :-(

I've had one for special scissors to cut ingrowing toe nails. Ugh. Luckily I was able to mark it 'irrelevant' and get rid of it.
