About half of the recipes on Google suggest using pork loin, whereas the other half opt for pork shoulder. This one says that either will do anyway: https://www. recipetineat s.com/slow-c ooker-pork-l oin-roast/ (Scroll down to 'Best pork for pork roast in a slow cooker')

The BBC Good Food website, which many AB members recommend, has a recipe for pork loin:

You should definitely ask them. I'm sure they would tell you - I think there is no secret. I'm more of a wrap kind of person, but if you ask me, I prefer using pork loin. My favorite way of making and eating a sandwich/wrap is when I'm camping. I take my favorite pan- https:/ /www.am azon.co m/pie-i ron-for -campfi re-cook ing/dp/ B088H42 W2L - a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits. I use the grill pan for the veggies and wraps, and the fruits are washed from home—the perfect menu for when you're outside. If you want your wrap or sandwich to be lighter, choose chicken instead of pork, and do not use any spreading.
