Saute a little chopped onion and garlic in a glug of Olive Oil until translucent. Add 2 tins chopped tomatoes, some salt and pepper, some finely chopped chilli(or hot chilli sauce) and pinch of sugar, then simmer slowly until you get your preferred consistency.
