One Veggie dish I saw on TV was Boiled Turnip, which was enough, carved, for four and looked really Yummy. The chef a guy called Baldrick made a good job of making it look delicious and the host Blackadder did a good carving jobbie!

Beef stew is another good veggie dish as it is made completely from vegetarians.

Type in goats cheese, potato and onion tart bbc good food recipes - really good!
Also port and mushroom vol-au-vents
