My husband has brought home a pack of two Romano peppers from Waitrose (reduced price!). Have only used the usual red/green etc bell peppers. Any suggestions for a recipe?
Since they were reduced in price, why not make a roasted red pepper tappenade (google for recipes) and use that with goats cheese as a stuffing for chicken breasts. You could wrap the stuffed breasts in Proscuito or serrano ham, and bake in the oven.
