Wondering A Nostalgic Games Name

So i rember in the ipod era i had this game it was like a racing game that had missions and i cant seem to remeber what its called but something distinctive i rember about it was that it had this one mission where you had to crash into a gasoline truck a couple of times to get it to blow, there was also tunnle racces where u had to go the directon the sign was point and u had to pick it quick and i think u had to change the gears (like the clutch) to go the certian direction welp if there is anyone out there that remberes this game pls let me know the name of it
