El Guapo (SP)-
To explain the rules here would take a little while, but it must be up on the internet somewhere. It's a dice game, simple as hell when everyone that's playing knows how it's played. moves quickly and has certain elements of risk.
You basically roll a pair of dies and keep it covered under your cupped hands, then you announce what the score you got, remembering that you have to beat the score of the previous person.. if you don't then you have to lie.. but if someone shouts "bollox" or whatever they want to accuse you of lieing, you have to show the dice. If you were lieing you have to drink to whatever incriment you agreed on at the start of the game, 3 fingers or whatever. But if you ended up telling the truth then the person who accused you has to drink instead. It can be quite lethal especially when you're out of drink and whilst you're waiting for someone to bring you your drink from their round at the bar, it's easy to accumilate well over a pint glass worth of 3 fingers.. so as soon as your drink arrives you have to neck it, or to whichever level you've aggregately lost to. There are some certain rolls that are special, like 1-2 and 3-4. doubles are worth more drink maybe, and i think it's if you're found to have snake eyes after someone calls your bluff you have to down whatever's infront of you.
you can basically just make up your own rules, but the principle of rolling dice and hiding them, then having to bluff your way out of it with a cool head is quite interesting, alot of sociology involved.
