GAME SHOP CLOSURE

WENT TO THE GAME SHOP IN DOVER KENT UK TODAY TO FIND THAT IT HAD CLOSED DOWN, CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF THERE IS THERE ANY OTHER VIDEO GAME SHOPS IN THE TOWN.

I'm assuming that the closed store you're referring to was GAME at 27 Biggin Street. (It's still listed on Yell.com but the GAME website says your nearest stores are now in Canterbury, Westwood Cross and Ashford).

However Yell.com also lists GameSation, just along the road at Unit 3A, 11-16 Biggin Street. According to the GameStation website it's still there. (Incidentally, they're actually both part of the same company, Gameplay (GB) Ltd).

The only other shop in the 'Computer Games' category listed on Yell.com is Best Deals, 58 London Road.

Yes i think you will find there the only ones in Dover, ive not seen any other when ive been there, going there Tues actually.

I have found a new shop that has opened in Dover, its called G8 Games and is in the Charton Centre (opp Iceland). Its brill and has lots of reasonable priced games and will do trade ins for cash at any time of day.
