1911 census question

I was just wondering if anyone knew why in the 1911 census the last column "Infirmity" has been removed from the original document?

Thyat is being withheld until after the usual 100 years has passed, because it is sensitive if the person is still alive.

It would say something like "idiot" - not a term we would use today.
